Food and Beverage Minimum:
- DINNER EVENTS
Sunday through Thursday: $500 minimum and $50 per hour room fee not to exceed $250 - Friday and Saturday : $3,000 minimum and $500 flat room fee
- BRUNCH EVENTS
Saturday & Sunday brunch or daytime : $750 minimum and $50 per hour room fee not to exceed $250 - LUNCH EVENTS
Monday through Friday : $250 minimum and $50 per hour room fee not to exceed $250
All events are subject to a food and beverage minimum, a room fee, a 20% service charge for wages, and a 5.5% Wisconsin sales tax.
